official SW blog is created

my Social Work blog for FEM 3342 has been created and officially open to public. its on http://accoutrement-soc.blogspot.com.with the title 'living the accoutrement of SW'..take a peek!!
dont ask why i must put the word 'accoutrement' in all of my blogs..just because i love it so much. according to concise oxford dictionary tenth edition, accoutrement means :
1 an additional item of dress or equipment
2 a soldier's outfit other than weapons and garments.

so, i would refer to the 1st meaning (an additional item of dress or equipment). in the case of this blog, the dress would be my life and the additional item would be all the big and little things and happenings that was added to my life's experience. its like all the tiny things that made my life beautiful..just like what ribbons and laces would do in wedding dresses.

in the case of my social work blog, the dress would be the Social Work Field itself and the additional item is all the things about social work that will clarify the true meaning about social work and social welfare to anyone who doesnt have a clue about it.

so thats the reason for all these accoutrement..

a social work blog???

i started going to classes since last week. and i already had one assignment. glad i finished that last weekend. then yesterday, i had Social Welfare class (FEM 3342)and encik samir teaches us again.just like last semester. it was the first time i attend this class and he gave us a paper-less assignment. we have to create our own blog. i was like so shocked. so does everyone.many of them in my class didnt have one and didnt know how to create one.so...so lucky i already have one. then i asked him if i could use my current blog.he said i can but i must the things that he wants us to put. okay we have been assigned to create a blog, search for any social work and social welfare articles online or in books and post it in our blogs. that is for the 1st one.we will be given one work every two weeks.

so...what im telling is..i need to create another blog..and im planning to use the word accoutrement as well hheheh

for everything about a girl

sometimes,
being a girl isnt as easy as it seems.
a girl is full of emotion, full of dreams and grace
though rock-solid she looks on the outside,she is a beauty on the inside.
with a graceful heart,graceful soul
one that could easily hurt
when a man scratched it.
a girl could have gone hardships throughout her life,
being a nobody
but oh so precious she is
if only people could see that
nobody knows whats in her heart,nor in her mind..

While i was in college, i didn’t usually go back because I hardly have time. Then when the whole semester ends at April, I went home and gosh i didn't recognize baby at all. She was all grown up and so fat.mom took her to the vet to have her vaccine and spayed. Now she was healthy and she can’t get pregnant. Not being cruel but this is to protect her so she won’t give birth to whole lotta kitties who could end up dead and orphaned. Besides, how can I take care of so many of her children? Which one is cruel, spaying one cat or making many kitties dead? Think for yourself.

i started calling her many names like si tembam, bidi-bum, baby-bum, ke-ting-ting (the sound of her bell in the collar she wears when she walks).she was so adorable and i just love to squeeze her..heheh :-)

latest addition to the family

lupa nk tell u bout this story..last november, while i was busy studying, mom was busy rescuing a few-days-born cat.she found a cat drowning behind the house and save...her?well it was a she cat..and we named her BABY..oaawww what a baby she was.all wet and stink, mom pick her up from the drain and bathed her.

she cant hardly even walk and freezing,nor can she eat by herself and lick to drink.so mom had to figure out a way to feed her. so off she went to a pet's store and bought her a nursing bottle for cats and cat's milk..golly we fed her like human babies. and thats all she ate.100% milk from bottle..no licking at all..




she was so small and petite and very cute.









aawww isnt she a baby....she seems to enjoy it when we nurse her





every time i went home on weekends, i taught her how to lick to drink in every way.i dip my fingers in water and put in front of his nose.and i tap the water container so she would come and smell the water.funny it is cause her nose will touch the water and she started to sneeze. and i laugh...haha (pity her).but it seems to work.she started licking water and when her teeth grows stronger, we stopped feeding her milk. then in no time, she was no longer a baby cat (though we still call her 'baby'..i wonder why she never knew how to lick or bite to eat.well maybe her mother had abandoned her before she learnt anything yet.because she was found in the drain (longkang) almost drowned.if her mother didn't neglect her, then why didn't she save my 'baby'?

i miss this blog

it has been so...so...long since i last write here.thought that i wanna stop blogging, but lately i changed my mind. well ok the latest update of my life is that i have passed through my 4th semester and another one to go. then i wil graduate. but now it was my semester break and not many interesting stuffs have been goin on lately. i finished my last final paper at 22 april...then my brother got married on 27th april. so all of us family headed to the bride's family house in felda sungkai at trolak,perak.the majlis akad nikah and bersanding is held there.
